Warranty FAQ
Can I purchase a warranty for equipment not bought through Inner Circle?
Yes. While our coverage is optimized for assets we've already audited, we can extend warranty protection to any eligible asset after completing an independent technical inspection. An inspection fee applies for non-Inner Circle purchases.
What is the claims process?
Call our 24/7 claims line, provide your warranty ID and a description of the issue. We'll authorize a diagnostic visit within 4 hours. Once the failure is confirmed as a covered component, repairs are authorized immediately — you never pay out of pocket and then wait for reimbursement.
Are there mileage or hour limits?
Our Standard and Professional tiers include annual hour limits appropriate for the asset class (typically 1,500–2,500 operating hours per year). Enterprise Plus plans have significantly higher limits and can be customized for high-utilization operations.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the equipment?
All Inner Circle warranties are fully transferable to the new owner, which adds significant resale value to your asset. The transfer is free and takes effect immediately upon notification.
What's NOT covered?
Exclusions include damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements), and cosmetic damage. We provide a complete exclusion list before you purchase, with no hidden clauses.
