Hiring FAQ

What does your interview process look like?

Typically 3 stages: an initial recruiter screen (30 min), a technical or role-specific assessment (1 hour), and a final conversation with the hiring manager and team lead. The entire process takes 2–3 weeks.

Do you sponsor work visas?

Yes, for exceptional candidates in engineering and technology roles. We currently employ team members in the US, UAE, UK, and Germany.

Is remote work available for all positions?

Many roles offer remote or hybrid flexibility. Engineering inspection roles require on-site presence at asset locations. We'll specify work arrangement expectations in the job listing.

What's the growth track like?
